Timur Nuritdinovich Khusanov is an experienced leader in economic policy and business development, currently serving as the Director of the Department for Analysis, Support and Coordination of State Policy for Small and Medium-Sized Business Development at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He also serves as a Supervisory Board member of the JSCB “Business Development Bank”. With a background in metallurgy engineering from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys and public administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he has held key roles in various government ministries, focusing on international ratings, business environment improvement, and entrepreneurship development.

She is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of JSCB “Business Development Bank”. Born on February 21, 1972, in Osh city, Kyrgyzstan, she is an Uzbek national. She holds higher education, having graduated from Samarkand Cooperative Institute in 1993 and Tashkent Financial Institute in 2004. Her educational specialization includes economics and project finance.

Mansurkhodzha Asadovich Yusupkhodzhaev is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry and investment project expertise, currently serving as the Head of the Metallurgical Industry and Engineering Projects Expertise Division within the Investment Projects Expertise Department of the Executive Directorate of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of JSCB “Business Development Bank”. Born on August 7, 1982, in Tashkent city, he is an Uzbek national. He holds a higher education, having graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 2003, and earning a Master's degree and completing postgraduate studies from I.M. Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 2005 and 2009 respectively. His educational specialization includes oil and gas engineering and the operation of oil and gas fields.

Saidkamol Saidkarimovich Khodjaev is an accomplished banking and finance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector of Uzbekistan. He currently serves as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of JSCB “Business Development Bank”.

Born on June 7, 1979, in Tashkent, he is an Uzbek national. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the Tashkent Financial Institute (2003) and a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of State and Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2007). Throughout his career, Khodjaev has held significant leadership positions, including:

· First Deputy Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of  

   Uzbekistan (2016-2017).

· Chairman of the Board of JSCB Agrobank (2017-2018).

· Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2018-2020).

R. Engin Akcakoca is a distinguished banking and financial expert with over 27 years of experience in commercial banking. He served as the Chairman and CEO of both the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) and the Saving Deposits Insurance Fund (SDIF) of Turkey starting in 2001. Akcakoca has also provided technical assistance to Central Banks and banking supervision authorities in various countries on behalf of international financial institutions. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

International Engagements: Engin has rendered consultancy services to various Central Banks and financial institutions across several countries, focusing on bank regulation, capitalization processes, and problem bank resolutions, including engagements with the Central Banks of Nigeria, Ghana, and Iraq.

A Non-Executive Director on the boards of major banks in Uzbekistan and Georgia, he is also an active fintech investor and strategic advisor. Mr. Balvanera holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has pursued executive education at Harvard and Chicago. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, with advanced Russian, he is recognized for his commitment to governance, transparency, and private sector-driven development in emerging markets.
