The process for submitting and reviewing inquiries at JSCB Business Development Bank is conducted in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities."

Types of Inquiries
Petition (Application): A request for assistance in exercising legal rights, freedoms, or legitimate interests.
Complaint: A request for the restoration of violated rights, freedoms, or protection of legitimate interests.
Proposal: A recommendation for improving the operations of the bank, government institutions, or society.
Review Timeline
Applications and complaints are reviewed within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. If further examination, verification, or additional documents are required, the review period may be extended to one month.
Proposals are reviewed within one month from the date of receipt.
All official responses to inquiries will be issued in writing and signed by the bank’s management or the relevant branch director.
