Business Guide for Connecting to the Mobile Banking Program

  1. A client wishing to activate this service must submit a written request to the bank’s management.

  2. A two-party agreement is signed between the client and the bank for the installation of the Mobile Banking System.

  3. The bank provides the client with an electronic security certificate, login ID, and password to access the system.

  4. Clients must have a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).

  5. The application can only be used with an active internet connection.

  6. Clients can download the QQB Mobile Banking app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or request the application directly from the bank.

  7. After installation, the electronic security certificate will be activated on the mobile device.

  8. The program will then prompt the client to enter the login ID and password to access the Mobile Banking System.

  9. Once the client enters the necessary credentials, Mobile Banking will be launched.

  10. No physical paper version of the electronic payment order sent via mobile banking needs to be provided to the bank.

  11. All service fees for mobile banking usage are based on the bank’s tariff rates.

How to Activate SMS Banking

To receive account information via SMS, the client must send the following SMS message format:

📩 Request Code (space) Bank Code (space) Account Code

SMS Banking Format Details

  • Request Code – One of the following Latin letter combinations: O, Li, Lo, Ti, To

  • Bank Code – A 5-digit number representing the branch MFO

  • Account Code – The 20-digit account number

Account Query Options

📌 Partial Account Number Entry

  • If only the account balance number (e.g., 20208%) is entered, the client will receive an SMS message about accounts starting with 20208.

  • If the last three digits of the account number are entered (001, 002, 003, etc.), the client will receive SMS updates for all accounts ending in those three digits.

  • If all 20 digits of the account number are entered, the client will receive an SMS for that specific account only.

🔹 Important! If the client sends a shortened SMS format (e.g., 20208% 001), the “%” symbol must be included at the end. Otherwise, the SMS Banking system will not respond to the request.

Request Codes for Account Information

✔ O – Balance Inquiry
Displays the account balance at the time of the request.

✔ Li – Recent Deposits
Shows the most recent transactions where funds were deposited into the account.

✔ Lo – Recent Withdrawals
Displays the last withdrawal transaction from the account.

✔ Ti – Daily Deposits
Provides a list of all deposits made to the account within the requested day.

✔ To – Daily Withdrawals
Provides a list of all withdrawals made from the account within the requested day.
