In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities,” appeals are accepted.

Types of Appeals
Application — an appeal containing a request for assistance in exercising rights, freedoms, and lawful interests;
Complaint — an appeal containing a demand to restore violated rights and to protect freedoms and lawful interests;
Proposal — an appeal containing recommendations aimed at improving the activities of the state and society.
Review Periods
An application or complaint is reviewed within 15 days from the date it is received by the bank.
If additional study and/or verification is required, or if additional documents must be requested, the review period may be extended up to 1 month.
A proposal is reviewed within 1 month from the date it is received by the bank.
Note: appeals containing offensive or false information are not accepted for consideration.
