Shokhzod Yusupov is a dedicated banking executive with over two decades of progressive experience in credit management, project execution, and public finance. As of April 2025, he serves as the Acting First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Business Development Bank” in Uzbekistan. Born in Kashkadarya region, Yusupov holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Demography, and Labor Economics from Karshi Engineering and Economics Institute and Tashkent State University of Economics. Throughout his extensive career, he has held key leadership positions within JSCB “Uzsanoqatqurilishbank” and the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity, overseeing lending operations, small business finance, and strategic development in construction materials. Known for his organizational discipline and sectoral expertise, he has played a vital role in modernizing agricultural and industrial financing frameworks. Bobokhon Bobojonov is a seasoned and versatile banking executive with over two decades of comprehensive experience spanning commercial banking, central bank regulation, and academic financial administration. He currently serves as the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSCB "Business Development Bank".

A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Mr. Bobojonov is a distinguished graduate of the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Sharipov Bakhromkhodja Shukhratovich is an accomplished executive with a robust background in both central bank supervision and commercial banking leadership, currently serving as the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSCB "Business Development Bank". He currently serves as the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSCB "Business Development Bank".

This extensive background culminated in his transition to JSCB "Business Development Bank" as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his subsequent promotion to the Deputy Chairmanship. Ra'no Takhirova is a veteran accounting and finance professional with nearly 30 years of deep expertise in the banking sector, currently serving as the Chief Accountant and Director of the Accounting and Financial Management Department at JSCB "Business Development Bank". A graduate of Tashkent State University, her specialization in accounting, control, and economic analysis has provided the bedrock for her extensive career.
